25-HP PUMP STATION

Our pump station appears to be a relatively simple piece of equipment – a tank, pump, and motor, – but like all Petit equipment, we like to take our engineering to the next level. Our 25-HP Pump Station is a great example of our reputation for engineering excellence: with high-caliber materials and robust features, this pump station is thoughtfully engineered and designed to meet the car washing industry’s power needs in a small equipment room footprint.

Petit Pump Stations are gravity fed from the reservoir tank and packed with noise-reducing features to help extend the life of your equipment while creating a quieter car wash operation. Our pulsation dampeners extend hose and pump life while reducing noise. Unchecked machine vibration can accelerate rates of wear, so our pump station includes vibration-damping leveling feet and Lexan Belt Guards. Petit’s extended life belt system provides years of service without any adjustments. Our simple single-point tensioning system allows for quick and easy belt tension correction if the need to be adjusted ever arrives, but we typically find this belt lasts over a decade.

We know the car wash environment and we build our equipment to handle the harsh conditions. Since equipment rooms frequently get wet, our pump station frames are built from aluminum and powder-coated to prevent rust and corrosion. We use proven car wash components, so our pump station includes TEFC Motors (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) rather than the less expensive Open Drip Proof (ODP) motors found on most manufacturers’ equipment. Additionally, our pumps are supplied by industry leader Cat Pumps with Wanner Hydra-Cell pumps available as an alternative.
